The other night after I tucked Mason in he called, "Hugs and kisses!" (this is a common phrase here--whenever the kids perceive someone is leaving--the room, the house, whatever--they call out "Hugs and kisses!" in varying tones of desperation). Anyhow, I went back for hugs and kisses.
Mason gave me Eskimo kisses, butterfly kisses, regular kisses and then asked, "What other kinds of kisses are there? Oh yeah! Lion kisses!" I leaned in (not knowing what lion kisses are), and he licked my cheek.
Lion kisses are now outlawed.

My kids call those dog kisses. And no matter how many times, I outlaw them they still happen.
