Inspection time

We had an offer, we countered, they countered, we countered, they accepted!!!!! The home inspection is tonight. Stephen is a little bit nervous, but I'm not - we've fixed everything there is to fix! Stephen is worried because he did all the work. In fact, over the last 2 days he has done a complete inspection on his own. We are so ready for this! He's home today to perfect the last few things, and we're going to have a celebratory picnic this evening. Woohoo!
