The secret ingredient

I put steamed broccoli in the kids' smoothies last night. They LOVED them, and kept on drinking them even after I told them the secret ingredient!

I think I'll try carrots tonight...

Ha! Brilliant! I'll have to try that one myself--I'm not a fan of steamed broccoli. ;)

Yeah, I can't eat broccoli either. I think its the texture so I guess smoothies would work for me.

What are the rest of the ingredients of the smoothie? Also, do you make your kids smoothies every night? What a good mom!

that's just wrong, i thought they lost most of their nutritional value after they were steamed anyway, so why throw it in w/ all that other good ness? :) glad your kids liked it, not sure i'm brave enough to try it
